Brownstown attorney Bryan Yaldou represents Downriver families, employees and other individuals facing a variety of legal matters, including unpaid wages and overtime, bankruptcy, and injuries or wrongful death caused by others' negligence. He also assists with estate planning matters such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Through his early legal career, Bryan focused on medical malpractice, auto negligence, products liability, and bankruptcy cases. His clients included such prominent companies as Chrysler and General Motors. Since 2010, he has devoted his practice to consumers, employees and families, working initially at Debt Relief Centers, where he helped open a satellite office in Berkley before opening his own practice in Brownstown in March 2012.
My goal in opening my own law practice was to bring individuals and families the benefits of the high-level bankruptcy and injury law I practiced earlier in my career. When people come to me, it is often the first — and sometimes the only — time they need a lawyer. I want to show them the best the legal community has to offer by addressing their fears, helping them make legal decisions that won't hurt them financially, and being available for phone calls and in-person meetings so they know they're never facing their legal issues alone.
Bryan is from Oak Park, Michigan. He and his wife Tara have 3 children less than 4 years apart in age. While Bryan spends most of his time building his practice or with his family, he also maintains an eternal hope that the Tigers and Lions will someday win a championship for Detroit.
